Meet Our Director
Jen Larson, M.A. — Director of Owl Advocacy. With nearly 20 years of experience, Jen leads our team with an understanding of the complexities of special education like few others. As both a Special Education Professional and a parent of children with IEPs, she brings a unique perspective to every conversation, partnering with school teams, families, and service providers to design person-centered transition plans and strengthen IEP development. Education: M.A. Educational Counseling and B.A. Psychology/Kinesiology, San Jose State University. Credentialed by the CTE in PPS, M/S SPED, ESN. Board Certified IEP Advocate. Former NCAA Academic All-American.
